Tofu Beauty

This the real cart noodle

Gigantic lantern (how i wish i had one in my house)
Shanghai museum near "The Bund" Area. Just next to the weird building "CCTV" if i m not wrong. One of the best culture museum i been to. Lots of thing to see, but because its not really English speaking friendly.
Sufficient facility and guide, people are friendly here too. A lot more crowded than Museum Negara (I guess maybe because Chinese New Year). Once one enter this museum, they see lot of old car and buses that used to be the main transport for Shanghai people during their industry period. Then one will enter to their culture and ritual once going up the stair. Everything properly align and arrange, the only problem i really hated is pretty hard to take a decent picture here cause gloomy and dark surrounding. Without proper camera skill i doubt anyone could take a decent picture here

Value 8/10
Entertainment 8/10
Informative 9/10
Facility 7/10

If anyone visit Shanghai, i suggest they give this museum a visit. Truly an eye opening museum and we get to know Shanghai better (Not whole of China) culture and historical event that happen here.

Eagle from Indonesia relic (hold mystic power according to the description)

Lori bomba (older than most of us here)

Dragon Head (guess from Johor)

Muzium Negara should be something every Malaysian should be proud of. Everyday i pass-by this museum, should i go or not? Yes the answer for me yesterday, accompany by my beloved Renie. How to go museum negara? Just follow the road sign once you reach Federal highway.
Parking around here cost merely Rm2 and entrance ticket Rm2. Total cost Rm4 (this might be the cheapest museum i enter)
This museum ain't anything like the "Night at the museum by Ben stiller" no Dinosaur, no story telling and kinda small. Entrance one will see "daurat" or "independant" theme like. A few gun and anti communist. On your right there will be "Zaman Malaysia" or Right there be "Zaman Malaysia Purba" nothing particular to be shout about.
But compare to the last time i come, around 7 year's ago, big improvement. Definately those model and relic seem better display and there a few interactive monitor (75% not working). Staff look better and smart in Malaysia traditional entire and clean. On second floor there in Malaysia Kini where you can see how Malaysian send one astronaut to space with Rm5m or 50m. (lazy to google) and there YAB Najib (Our beloved Prime Minister) face everywhere.

Outside there a free museum of Asean and Flower. Overall nice experience, great value and not crowded at all. For Rm2 i don't think we can ask more right. I think everyone should give this Musuem a try in the future. Next trip most likely Zoo Negara (wonder KFC still there)

p/s: There only one toilet zone for the whole Museum. (1Malaysia vision) = Satu Tandas

These are not real cause museum negara don't have the fund (these are just replica of human head)

Chinese Junk sunken treasure near Melaka strait

Orang Asli mask (where to buy?)

I post Ernie at Shanghai Museum, Macau Museum, and Hong Kong Museum later. (Why my girl friend say? "You are special boy")

Night before 11 July, frantic search for my trusty body-pac backpack but not available after diving myself deep into the store room with my girl friend. Later it turn into a family thing to search my bag. After 20m of searching we decide to give up. Guess this is an omen from God ,something bad might happen tomorrow. Got to sleep and don't care aobut it anymore, why worry so much that what i thought!
Wake up pretty early, my sweat heart still snub herself under my blanket and refuse to wake up, but she need to catch an early bus back to Bentong, Pahang. She refuse to follow me and insist i scout the area first. While she take her morning routine i pack my stuff and gear into my Rmb 50 (that around rm20) orange bagpack. Seem weird going hiking with this bag but i m determine nothing going to stop me.
Reach Gunung nuang parking around 2pm after some delay and lunch nearby, pretty easy to get here just by following the road sign once exit from the "Kajang highway". Basically its the end of the road and i had to pay like rm1 and register myself. (i assume for the search and rescue if i get lost) Saw a few malay dude, they are walking in (guess they want to save the Rm1, i should be cheapskate like them lol)
Got on to my new "adidas kampung" take a deep breath and WOOOOOOOt here i come gunung nuang. First 10m pretty decent, but after that those uphill trek start to catch up with my age and the condition of my backpag ain't giving me an easy ride up. The "never ending" trail take like forever to walk. I take like 4-5 mini break to snap some picture and give myself an excuse to catch a few breath. Reach Camp Lolo around 5pm (gosh 3h walk on that stupid never ending trail) but after reaching this camp spot everything worth it. The view and crystal clear water, feel like taking a skinny dip into the river.
Set-up tent and bla bla usual stuff. Strip myself with only boxer on and dive into that river. Freaking cool and refreshing that all i can comment about this river. After like 20-30m, seem to get dark and i had to rush myself by to camp (Jungle tend to get dark easier, because of the canopy tree shade) cook myself sausage and maggi. Try to make my "roti cheese" but ended up feeding the fish. Roti Cheese become Cheese Naan ala Backfire cooking. After playing with the camp-fire for like 1hour, decide to sleep inbetween sleep i did wake up and pay some "water bill". Wind blowing in from stream, misty river and spooky surrounding. Suddenly i saw a moving object or "hantu" (if u believe in this type of stuff) fly across like those Kung fu film i watch in the cinema. What the hell i tell myself, too tired to even care about it when back to sleep. Maybe my grandfather spirit accompany me to Gunung Nuang.
Around 4am i can hear noise around camp-site. Something like searching and scouting the surrounding of the site. "suuk suuk suuk" sound, then that "thing" start to sniff the tent i m sleeping. Can't see what is it because of the darkness and its on the side of the tend. BANG i whack on the side tend and i manage to hit that thing. Bamg that stuff run and never return, guess either wild boar or some little mammall. I talk to myself "why so many weird stuff happening tonight?"
Wake up around 9am, because those early trekker manage to reach here and past by my campsite and "hi" and some even want me to brew coffee for them. There a few pretty girl too but mostly Ah pek with their wife or companion. After breakfast, some campbell soup and maggi again, decide to challenge the river again. Super cool early in the morning, then pack bag and go back. (lazy to walk to the peak because insufficent sleep)
Walking back pretty easy, took less than 1 hour, mainly because 5L water left 0.5L and most food in my tummy already. Reach car-park around 11am then head to Cheras and have chicken rice.
Overall decent experience and enjoyable trip. No leech bite ( i m a bless child), nice view and crystal clear river. I personally rate this adventure trip 6/10 nothing spectacular happen but memorable trip indeed. Definately will come back in the future.
