this is an animal version of me "before" and "after"
After 2 year of not doing anything psychical hard apart eating (if that counted) , i decide to get back to the 4 packs i used to have. All i have now is 1 beer belly. I try to visit one interesting place every week if possible. My girlfriend will help me update this from time to time.
My workout will be mostly Cardio endurance

Cycling
Hiking
Sprinting
and typical jogging
